Job summary

Bluewave Technology Group is seeking a Solution Advisor to lead discovery, solution development, and deal support for CCaaS and CX solutions. You will partner with Sales, Client Success, and Delivery to translate business objectives into practical roadmaps and vendor shortlists that improve CX and agent productivity.

The role emphasizes requirements definition, comparative analysis, and clear, urgent next steps. A strong consultative background and experience across CCaaS platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a CCaaS/CX technology role such as Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, CX Consultant, or similar.
• Strong consultative skills with requirements discovery and vendor evaluation.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing CCaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with IVR, virtual agents, self-service, agent assist, and workflow automation.
• Experience with workforce management, quality management, analytics, and reporting in contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions with business, technology, and operations stakeholders across CCaaS and CX domains.
• Shape future-state CCaaS strategies and map vendor capabilities to client requirements.
• Build vendor comparison matrices and ROI-focused presentations for executive buyers.
• Develop solution diagrams, migration approaches, and phased roadmaps for client adoption.
• Deliver internal training and enablement on CCaaS fundamentals and opportunity qualification.
