The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment. You will handover deployments to client teams after deal approval and provide SME guidance on voice options.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-sales assistance for CCaaS between Accenture’s Global Delivery Network locations and client sites.
• Gather voice requirements, design options, and cost estimates.
• Handover deployment responsibilities to client deployment team after deal approval.
• Respond to RFP/RFI questions with clear, informed answers.
• Provide SME support on voice solutions to the deal team across Accenture GDN locations.
