  • Provide input on how the therapeutic experience unfolds over time, including pacing and user flow;
  • Collaborate with internal clinical, content, and product teams to align on program goals;
  • Help define outcome metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
What you need to have:
  • PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology, with a strong academic foundation in behavioral therapies;
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action;
  • 3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience working directly with the adult population;
  • Deep expertise in traditional CBT;
  • Experience working with chronic pain patients and understanding the psychological dimensions of pain;
  • Familiarity with digital health or telehealth delivery;
  • Availability to work as a contractor on a project basis, with assignments varying in scope and duration.
What we would love to see:
  • Experience bridging physical and mental health in program design;
  • Experience designing mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
To ensure you feel good solving a big Human problem, we offer:
  • A stimulating, fast-paced environment with lots of room for creativity;
  • A bright future at a promising high-tech startup company;
  • Career development and growth, with a competitive salary;
  • The opportunity to work with a talented team and to add real value to an innovative solution with the potential to change the future of healthcare;
  • A stimulating environment with room for creativity;
  • A flexible environment where you can control your hours (remotely) with unlimited vacation;
  • Access to our health and well-being program (digital therapist sessions);
  • Remote or Hybrid work policy.

• Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance*

• Life and AD&D Insurance*

• Financial advisory services*

• Supplemental Insurance Benefits (Accident, Hospital and Critical Illness)*
