Center Point, Inc. seeks a CBT Facilitator to lead evidence-based CBT groups and life skills workshops for adults on parole at the Contra Costa County DRC in San Pablo, CA.

This role supports behavioral change, CMP development, and successful community reintegration under CDCR guidance. The position requires CBT expertise with justice-involved populations, strong facilitation and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure program fidelity and

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or higher with CBT experience in justice-involved populations, or

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evidence-based CBT groups and life skills workshops for adults on parole.
• Conduct group and individual meetings using motivational interviewing and client-centered engagement.
• Evaluate participant progress and document participation, behavior, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized Case Management Plans (CMPs) with participants.
• Maintain fidelity to CBT curriculum and evidence-based programming models.
• Collect urine samples for anti-drug testing as required by program operations.
