General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a CBRNE Operational Readiness Specialist Mid to support Fort Belvoir, VA. You will conduct objective vulnerability assessments of critical infrastructure, focus on COOP and EM planning, and advise on risk reduction across DoD assets.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering threat assessment, probability mitigation, and preparedness strategies while navigating TS/SCI considerations and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Knowledgeable in EM risk management processes such as the all-hazards threat assessment (AHTA) and capability assessment methodology.
• CBRNE related work experience required.
• Excellent analytic and communication skills; must obtain a valid passport and be able to travel on short-notice.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains disaster and emergency planning and management plans, policies, and procedures; provides advice and recommendations on all aspects of emergency planning.
• Work as part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team that conducts vulnerability assessments of critical DoD assets worldwide.
• Conducts assessments of continuity of operations programs (COOP), supporting materials and services (supply chain), emergency management plans, and CBRNE preparedness to protect personnel and missions.
• Possesses experience in COOP and incident response, mass warning, and support agreements.
• Familiarity with DoD policies and guidance related to protection programs and risk management.
