Job summary

JusticePoint, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a CBP Facilitator to support the Early Interventions Unit, Ancillary Team. You will facilitate groups such as Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), guiding participants through curriculum to build coping, problem-solving, and social skills.

You will adhere to best practices, maintain accurate records, and help participants transition toward successful outcomes in the program and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Study in the criminal justice or social service field preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups such as Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT).
• Work with each participant to develop coping, problem solving, and social skills.
• Maintain program fidelity and provide accurate and timely records.
• Deliver curriculum including group management and public speaking roles.
