Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 CBI/CTE Facilitator to deliver K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is onsite in Ohio, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 37.5–40 hours per week.

New or experienced facilitators will be supported by a team that values growth, well-being, and inclusive learning. This is a mission-driven position with health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid general substitute teaching license.
• Experience with middle school and high school students.
• Strong classroom management and student supervision skills.
• Ability to support students using online learning platforms and digital coursework.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to helping students stay engaged and build independence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students as they complete CBI/CTE coursework through an online curriculum platform.
• Ensure students are logged in, attending regularly, and actively engaged in coursework.
• Assist students with navigating the online learning platform and accessing assignments.
• Monitor participation, assignment completion, and academic progress.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and redirection to help students work independently.
• Communicate with school staff regarding student progress and concerns.
• Support students with varying learning needs while encouraging independence and responsibility.
