Position Summary

Responsible for providing prompt service, quality beverages including espresso and coffee drinks, and food, while conducting cash register transactions in a friendly, upbeat, and clean environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every guest. Discover guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
• Prepare beverages and food of the highest quality following standards of service for Grab and Go.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all merchandise and customer areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Learn and demonstrate creating the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino experience.
• Multi-task and assist guests efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems as they arise.
• Report guest complaints or issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math, verbal communication, and customer service skills required.
• Prior money-handling and computer skills (Point of Sale) required.
• Knowledge of operating commercial espresso machines and cooking equipment, with a basic understanding of beverages.
• Typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent and two months of on-the-job training or experience.
• Must obtain required food handler certifications.
