Overnight Position Available! Position Summary: Responsible for providing prompt service, quality beverages including espresso and coffee drinks, and food, while maintaining a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere. Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and connect with every guest.
2. Discover guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
3. Prepare beverages and food of the highest quality by following standards of service for the Grab and Go.
4. Operate cash register and handle money.
5. Clean and maintain the appearance of all merchandise and customer areas.
6. Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
7. Learn and demonstrate creating the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino experience.
8. Multi-task and assist guests swiftly and efficiently.
9. Communicate effectively and problem-solve.
10. Report guest complaints or issues to the supervisor or manager.
11. Monitor stock and communicate with the supervisor.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years old.
2. Basic math skills.
3. Verbal communication and customer service skills.
4. Prior money-handling skills and computer skills (Point of Sale).
5. Knowledge of operation of commercial espresso machines and cooking equipment, with a basic working knowledge of beverages.
6. Typically acquired through high school diploma or equivalent, plus two months of on-the-job training or equivalent experience.
7. Must obtain required food handler certifications.
