Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a skilled caulker to join their Des Moines, IA branch. This role will focus on performing high-quality sealant work and window perimeter replacements, along with various caulking tasks.

The ideal candidate should have practical caulking experience, be comfortable working at heights and in various temperatures, and possess their own hand tools. A complete benefits package, including health coverage and participation in the ESOP, is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade or craft is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality sealant work and window perimeter replacement.
• Cut out sealant, pack and shoot new sealant.
• Work on swing-stage.
