Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking a skilled Caulker to join our team in the Tempe, AZ area. This role involves applying caulking to seams and joints, removing old caulk, and preparing surfaces for new work across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience with various caulking materials and tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caulker in residential or commercial settings required or preferred.
• Familiarity with various caulking materials and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition for indoor/outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Apply caulking to seams, joints, and cracks in buildings and other structures.
• Use hand and power tools to remove old caulking and prepare surfaces for new applications.
• Select appropriate caulking materials for different types of projects.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
