Job summary

Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Cattle Driver at our Gibbon, NE plant to handle cattle through weighing, pen movement, and chute operations with emphasis on safety and animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime.
• Must be able to successfully complete training: Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, Food defense.

Responsibilities

• Receive and weigh cattle.
• Inspect cattle by I.I.C.
• Move cattle to pen and from pens to chute.
• Check water in pens and provide feed as necessary.
• Move cattle through chute into restrainer and wash cattle.
