Qualifications

• Previous cattle, livestock, feedyard, or agricultural labor experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and genuine care for animal well-being.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cattle daily for health and behavior.
• Assist with identifying, pulling, and treating sick/injured cattle.
• Help with cattle processing, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Support feeding operations and general yard maintenance.
• Operate equipment and assist with upkeep of facilities.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Step in wherever needed to support overall feedyard success.
