Oxford Senior Living seeks a dedicated Confirmation and Youth Ministry Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and implement a two-year Confirmation program for grades 7–8 and to build a vibrant youth ministry for teens in grades 9–12.

Rooted in evangelization and Catholic discipleship, you will nurture faith, coordinate catechesis, and partner with families to foster active parish participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a two-year Confirmation prep program for grades 7-8.
• Coordinate youth ministry transition to Archdiocesan program.
• Provide catechetical experiences linking Scripture and faith.
• Incorporate prayer, worship, retreats, and sacraments.
• Foster belonging and connect youth to parish life.
• Coordinate parental involvement and volunteer formation.
