Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with staff.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must pass background, drug screening, and MVR checks.
• Must obtain Safe Environment training as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement teacher-prepared lesson plans, deliver curriculum, and maintain academic continuity.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment using approved discipline methods.
• Oversee students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, cafeteria, and during activities.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher and alert administration to significant issues, maintaining confidentiality.
• Follow school procedures, report to the office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
