Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of athletic program experience.
• Proven successful athletic record.
• Familiarity with TSSAA regulations and Title IX compliance.
• Valid driver's license; occasional travel and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and culture reflecting Catholic Benedictine identity.
• Schedule competitions, coordinate officials, transportation, and facilities.
• Supervise coaches and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in budgeting and facilities maintenance.
• Promote student-athlete academic integrity and community relations.
