Job summary

St. Louis Catholic School is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to lead the admissions and enrollment program, serving as the primary ambassador for the school and building meaningful relationships with prospective families from inquiry to enrollment.

This role reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with the Principal on staffing decisions. The Coordinator will oversee tours, events, and onboarding, and will maintain accurate admissions materials, marketing efforts, and portal

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Experience interacting with families or in sales, recruiting or marketing.
• Must submit EIM application within the first week of employment and complete training within 30 days, maintaining compliance thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Presents the school to prospective families through proactive communication, outreach, and events.
• Maintains admissions marketing materials and website content to align with the school’s Catholic identity.
• Manages the admissions application portal and enrollment tracking and reporting.
