Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education with 24 ECE/CD units, including core, 6 admin units, 2 supervision units.
• Teaching/Administrative credential with Preschool units or related credential with field experience in Preschool settings.
• At least two years’ experience in a Preschool setting; Infant First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assume full responsibility for preschool operations in the absence of the Preschool Director.
• Ensure program philosophy, policies, and curriculum are implemented with consistency and quality.
• Supervise preschool staff, provide guidance, and deliver performance feedback.
