Ladgov Corporation is seeking a part-time Catholic Pianist at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. The selected candidate will accompany and provide musical direction for Roman Catholic Mass and special services throughout the year. Applicants must have a knowledge of Catholic music and a minimum of two years experience as a pianist. This role includes mid-week choir support and playing a variety of music styles that cater to both traditional and contemporary needs. Join us in supporting the spiritual life of the community.

Qualifications

• Individual shall be able to play a wide variety of music from traditional church hymns to contemporary church music.
• Minimum of two years experience as a pianist.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and provide musical direction for Roman Catholic Mass every Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation.
• Provide accompaniment and musical direction for special Catholic observances including Holy Days, Christmas, Lent, and Easter services.
• Provide musical support for the mid-week Roman Catholic choir rehearsal for a minimum of 60 minutes per week.

Type of Job: Part-time Position.

Schedule:

• Sundays: 0830 – 1030 for Divine Worship
• Additional support for non-routine Chapel programs/special services as determined.
