Sacred Ground Psychotherapy in Keller, TX is seeking a full-time Catholic-Christian EFT Therapist to serve adults and couples through in-person and telehealth services. You will grow professionally within a collaborative team and receive ongoing training in EFT, reflective practice, and faith-integrated care.

The role emphasizes systems therapy, ongoing supervision, and participation in marketing and networking as needed, with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation and benefits aligned

Formación

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or related mental health field.
• Interest in EFT with adults and couples; ICEEFT externship preferred.
• Commitment to cultural humility, anti-racist therapy, and integrating culture into therapy.
• Upholds Catholic-Christian heritage and values; faith-integrated care.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 20 direct service hours per week.
• Maintain a 90% client retention rate.
• Provide counseling per evidence-based practice and licensing standards.
• Maintain SGP standards per employee handbook.
• Coordinate client care with administrative team; maintain files and timely charting/billing.
• Attend weekly team meetings and didactics (2 hours per week).
• Pursue advanced EFT practice through supervision/consultation.
• Collaborate with team members and support marketing/networking as needed.
• Under supervision, fulfill licensure supervision requirements.
