Job summary

Philips is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support Bedford, MA catheter production. You will set up, operate, and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, hands-on equipment and documentation skills, and the ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams. US work authorization is required; relocation benefits are not provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in medical devices or catheter-based production.
• Hands-on experience with equipment, assembly, and production processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/schematics and document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment across catheter production while following process parameters and quality standards.
• Act as SME, troubleshoot equipment issues, and lead investigations to minimize downtime.
• Perform thorough quality checks and verify components, documentation, and finished products for regulatory and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by root cause investigations and updating work instructions.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and leadership to report deviations and support pilot runs.
