Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks a Cardiac Technologist to perform invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures, including EP procedures, with advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring.

You will monitor and analyze ECGs and intracardiac pressures to guide treatment in diverse patient populations. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent, RCES eligibility (RCIS preferred), ACLS/PALS beneficial, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent.
• Expertise in electrophysiology, pharmacology, and cardiac rhythm management.
• Registration as a Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 18 months of hire; RCIS registration preferred
• ACLS certification preferred; PALS certification beneficial
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics, and imaging techniques

Join Our Team as a Cardiac Technologist

Responsible for performing invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures, including electrophysiology (EP) procedures, using advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Monitors, records, and analyzes electrocardiograms (EKG) and intracardiac pressures to assess and treat cardiac and vascular conditions. Assists with sterile procedures, operates X-ray and related equipment, and manages blood samples and supplies. Provides care for all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, with a focus on rhythm disturbances and advanced cardiac care, including pacemakers and defibrillators.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent experience
• Expertise in electrophysiology, pharmacology, and cardiac rhythm management
• Registration as a Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 18 months of hire; RCIS registration preferred
