Job summary

Soliant Health in Athens, GA is seeking a Cath Lab technologist to support cardiovascular procedures and patient care. The role focuses on imaging during catheterizations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. Requirements include RCIS or ARRT, BLS, and proven Cath Lab imaging experience. You will operate imaging/monitoring equipment, assist physicians, maintain sterile protocol, document results, and help ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active RCIS or ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Proven Cath Lab imaging experience
• Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and interventional equipment
• Strong communication within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging and monitoring equipment during cardiac cath and interventions
• Assist physicians in catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Maintain sterile field and radiation safety protocols
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Document imaging results and procedure steps
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes during procedures
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and available for each case
