When the STEMI alert comes in, nobody wonders whether the team can handle it. The question is how quickly everyone can mobilize. Confidence comes from experience, trust, and a team that has done it together before.
At PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, your expertise is more than appreciated. It's relied upon.
This is a busy regional referral center serving Southwest Washington and beyond. You'll be part of one of the largest structural heart programs between Tacoma and Medford, gaining exposure to procedures many technologists spend years hoping to encounter. One day may include structural heart interventions. The next could involve neurovascular procedures, vascular trauma, cardiac devices, interventional cardiology, or peripheral vascular cases.
For technologists who enjoy learning, adapting, and staying engaged, it's the kind of environment that keeps your career moving forward.
What makes this opportunity memorable isn't just the complexity of the work.
It's the culture.
Talk to the team and you'll hear the same thing: physicians value their technologists. Physicians actively seek input, listen to observations, and view technologists as essential clinical partners throughout procedures.
When critical situations arise, this team steps up together. Patients can be exceptionally sick. The work is meaningful. The stakes matter. And the trust placed in every member of the cath lab is real.
Just as important, you'll be part of PeaceHealth, a person-first, values-driven, highly trusted organization that believes caregivers deserve the same level of care and support that patients receive. The commitment to caregiver wellbeing extends beyond benefits and shows up in the way teams collaborate, communicate, and support one another every day.
If you're looking for a role where your expertise grows, your voice is heard, and your work genuinely matters, this may be worth a closer look.
