Job summary

Lumera Healthcare Group is seeking skilled Cath Lab Technicians to join our professional network in Texas. You will assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, operate specialized equipment, and deliver high-quality patient care in hospitals and cardiac centers.

Role requires 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience, an associate degree or certificate in cardiovascular tech or radiology, and BLS/ACLS. RCIS/ARRT certification and state licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab experience preferred (1-2 years)
• RCIS/ARRT certification preferred
• State license as required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and interventional procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures including explaining processes and monitoring vitals
• Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and respond to emergencies
• Maintain sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Document procedures, patient data, and equipment use accurately
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other staff to provide optimal patient care
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or certificate in cardiovascular technology, radiology, or related field.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT certification preferred.
• State license as required.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• 1-2 years ofexperience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventionalprocedures.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
