Adult (18-64 years)
Geriatric (>=65 years)
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Specific coursework: Graduate of Cardiovascular Program, or in lieu of degree have 10+ years of experience in the Invasive Cath Lab.
Preferred Education:
Graduate CVT program with an RCIS certification.
Necessary Skills:
Use of good radiographic techniques to reduce radiation exposure to patient and personnel.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology (adult).
Be able to use hospital computer system.
Knowledge of filing system.
Ability to prepare procedure tray/equipment and maintain sterility.
Knowledge of body techniques and ability to use good body mechanics.
Ability to initiate appropriate patient charge.
Proficiency in using Cath lab equipment.

Required Licensure/Certifications:
