Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado seeks a skilled CV Lab/IR professional for PRN day shifts. You will prepare patients, perform diagnostic/interventional procedures in cath lab settings, monitor vitals, administer medications, and ensure safety per policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ECG training and arrhythmia interpretation.
• Knowledge of Cardiovascular anatomy.
• Knowledge of vascular anatomy.
• Knowledge of Hemodynamic Monitoring.
• Must read, write and speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for procedures using aseptic techniques and ensures comfort and safety.
• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including coronary, electrophysiology, and peripheral interventions.
• Monitors vitals and procedural data; communicates with physician.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy and training.
• Functions in clinical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Takes call as assigned and responds per policy.
• Participates in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Ensures regulatory standards and safety.
• Produces accurate medical records and maintains confidentiality.
• Assists with orientation and training of new personnel.
