Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technician to support imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will monitor patients, scrub, X-ray, and ensure safety during procedures, under the direction of cardiology leadership.

The role requires BLS/ACLS, ARRT or RCIS certification, and 3+ years of Cath Lab experience, with on-site duties in Dothan, AL. Competitive benefits and local travel support are provided.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician is responsible for performing studies timely, under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services, while ensuring high-quality care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Monitor patients and operate imaging equipment.
• Scrub, X-ray, and ensure safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS and ACLS certification.
• ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of experience in Cardiac/Peripheral Cath.
• Ability to scrub, X-ray, and monitor patients during procedures.
