Job summary

Good Samaritan Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for full-time day shifts in the Cardiac/Vascular Lab. You will assist in clinical and technical cardiovascular care, using specialized equipment to perform invasive, surgical, and diagnostic procedures.

You will prepare rooms, supplies, and equipment for patient and physician usage while maintaining department inventory. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, Florida general

• General Radiographer certification, State of Florida (HRS).
• Current ARRT License.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.

• Performs direct and indirect functions in the Cardiac/Vascular Lab; assists staff with clinical and technical aspects.
• Utilizes specialized equipment to perform invasive, surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepares rooms, supplies and equipment for patient and physician usage.
• Maintains inventory levels in department.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience

Prefer one year hospital experience providing cardiac cath, radiology, or special procedures experience.
