Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist for the Cath Lab to perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, assist Interventionalists, and provide quality imaging. You will work across interventional radiology, neurointerventional, and EP device cases, with responsibilities including hemodynamic monitoring and PACS troubleshooting.

Qualifications include ARRT licensure, IL IEMA license, BLS, and ACLS within 1 year, plus an associated degree and radiologic

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days.
• ARRT registration required.
• IEMA radiologic technologist license required.
• ACLS within 1 year required.
• Education: Radiologic Technology certificate and related Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Administers contrast material as directed and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Anticipates setup needs for invasive procedures in Cath Lab and related areas.
• Circulates, scrubs, and monitors cath/EP/vascular/interventional radiology procedures.
• Assists with inventory and ensures required equipment is ready ahead of time.
• Verifies patient and chart accuracy and completes procedural documentation.
