Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to support patient care with leadership and collaboration across the care team. The role emphasizes nursing process, documentation, and education for patients and families in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

The position offers a sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. Shift 7am-5:30pm; call 8-10 with one weekend; candidates should be within 30 minutes of the facility for callbacks.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Cath Lab or strong critical care experience with a focus in cardiac nursing preferred.
• Associates in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in NC; eNLC may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership facilitating delivery of professional nursing care.
• Uses nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Delivers and documents care and teaching to patients and families.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
