Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab in Montana. This permanent, full-time role involves early morning shifts (0630–1730, volume-dependent) with flexibility to cover peaks and call requirements.

Relocation assistance is provided to support a smooth transition for a highly skilled Cath Lab RN. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct Cath Lab RN experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• Minimum 2 years direct Cath Lab experience as an RN.
• Current RN licensure (required).
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing and coronary care nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records.
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions.
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call.
