Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab in Montana. The role focuses on safe, high-quality cardiac procedural care within a collaborative hospital team.

Relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits support ongoing excellence in patient outcomes. Primary hours are 0630–1730 with flexibility for call; relocation assistance is provided to support candidates moving to Montana.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct Cath Lab experience as an RN required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records.
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions.
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call.
