LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse in Montana to join a hospital team dedicated to safe cardiac procedural care. The role emphasizes collaboration with cardiology and anesthesia teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years direct Cath Lab experience as an RN.
• Current RN licensure with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records.
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions.
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call.
