Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process and protocols.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings; report condition changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control standards and maintain patient safety.
