Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab on a PRN basis. The role involves providing safe, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work across Med/Surg/Tele and ICU/PCU units as openings arise.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, active Florida license, BLS, and ACLS; additional certifications like NRP, NIH, PALS, and CPI may be required depending on unit. Comprehensive benefits are offered through UHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with the ability to work in Med/Surg/Tele and either ICU or PCU.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida Nursing License
• All Nursing Units require ACLS as of start date; New grads within 90 days.
• Women's Center requires NRP as of start date; ICU/PCU require NIH within 90 days.
• ER requires PALS, CPI within 90 days; NIH within 90 days.
• PACU requires PALS as of start date.
