Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN license in-state or compact state required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist cardiology during procedures and monitor vital signs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; document care thoroughly.
• Participate in audits, chart reviews, and continuous improvement.
