Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida with active license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year ICU/ER/Cath Lab/PACU experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Document care activities accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with health-care professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
