Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse, Advanced Care for the Pre/Post Cath Lab to join our DPH Cath Lab team in Orlando, FL. This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 5:30am–4pm with no on-call, supporting a high-acuity cardiac environment.

Ideal candidates hold an approved nursing degree, Florida RN license (NLC eligible) and BLS certification, with 2+ years in Cath Lab/ER/ICU settings. You will participate in education and clinical leadership within the lab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility.
• Maintains BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies, high intensity interventions, and high-level nursing vigilance.
• Uses data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets cardiac monitors and related displays.
• Responds to life-saving situations in accordance with nursing standards and protocol.
• Acts as preceptor, charge nurse, or unit educator to support team members.
