Job summary

HR Journals is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology services in Mission Hills, CA. You will supervise nursing operations, staffing, and budget for multiple units, ensuring high-quality patient care in advanced stroke and cardiac care.

The role requires a California RN license, BLS, and leadership experience; relocation support is available for qualified leaders, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Active California RN license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years recent acute care experience.
• 1 year nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology preferred.
