- Plan, direct, and control activities in Cardiovascular Services and Cath Lab.
- Develop policies, procedures, and processes to meet standards and goals.
- Lead quality monitoring and ensure DN V and regulatory compliance.
- Hire, develop, and retain competent staff; manage budgets and resources.
- Collaborate with physicians and associates to optimize patient care.
