Job summary

Methodist Celina Medical Center, part of Methodist Health System, seeks a Cardiac Services Manager to supervise the Cath Lab team, coordinate schedules, and improve room turnover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership of clinical team.
• Completion and graduation from an accredited Radiology program required.
• Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
• Licensed RCIS and graduate from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 accountability for Cardiology Services and Interventional Radiology.
• Coordinate staff schedules and on-call coverage.
• Ensure efficient room turnover and patient transfers to Cath Lab from ER or other facilities.
• Maintain open communication with physicians regarding procedure start times and delays.
• Assist with orientation and performance evaluations for Cath Lab staff.
• Support ongoing staff education and annual competencies.
