Job summary

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide patient care in the Cath lab/IR unit, following physician orders and established policies.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BLS, and 12 months of clinical experience; relocation assistance and commitment bonus may be available based on eligibility.

You will work 4x10s with no initial call and opportunities to develop professionally within Duke University Health System.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited ADN or Nursing Diploma program; BSN encouraged through 2-year plan.
• Twelve months of clinical experience required.
• Current North Carolina RN license with BLS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Act as charge nurse for a group of patients or unit as assigned.
• Monitor equipment and environment; participate in quality improvement.
• Support ongoing professional development and training for staff.
