Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix. The role involves circulating, monitoring, and documenting cases, with a focus on patient safety and high-acuity interventional procedures.

The ideal candidate has Cath Lab or critical care experience, is licensed as an RN, and holds BLS (ACLS preferred). Sign-on bonuses start at $10k. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility and be available for day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in Cath Lab or critical care preferred; live within 30 minutes of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social and discharge planning.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide care per physician orders, supervise other staff as directed.
• Document care, patient responses, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Promote patient safety and participate in quality improvement activities.
