Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Medical City Decatur is hiring an experienced RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab to support diagnostic and interventional procedures as monitor or circulator. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, start IVs, and liaise with physicians and staff.

The role requires an RN license (Associate or Bachelor degree), ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and prior Cath Lab experience preferred; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in

Qualifications

RN credential required.
ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
1 year experience required.
Previous Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with all diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab as monitor or circulator.
Provide individual nursing care and administer medications.
Start IVs and operate equipment as needed.
Prepare patients for examinations and document information.
Interact with patients and physicians and assist with staff orientation and education.
