Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cath Lab procedures to provide skilled patient care using the nursing process. You will be responsible for accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires a current RN license in the hiring state or a compact licensure, and completion of required certifications (BLS and specialty certifications listed).

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact licensure.
• Licensure: current RN license and required certifications as listed above.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications listed in the ad are required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
