Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care with other departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while adhering to Mercy’s mission and care standards.

The role includes a Monday–Friday day shift with on-call responsibilities (12–15 days per month) and occasional weekend commitments; certs in BLS and ACLS are required or obtained within the required timeframe.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required or to be completed within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for care delivered to assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
