Qualifications

• Must have Basic Life Support certification.
• 1–3 years of RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and continue nursing care for the patient before, during, and after the cardiac procedure.
• Administer drugs and medications and monitor hemodynamics.
• Set up all cardiac procedures and apply clinical judgment within standard practice.
