Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure and BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and accurately document findings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in line with nursing process and hospital policies.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings; report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with the care team based on patient needs.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
