Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or in student rotations in acute care.
• Knowledge of nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficient in administering medications and monitoring side effects.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care following the nursing process and organizational policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; monitor clinical equipment.
